Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel within 7 calendar days for a full refund if the order has not been dispatched or products are unopened and unused.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products qualify for a full refund or replacement. Report within 7 days with proof of purchase and photos.
Returns
Products must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable
Opened/used products (unless faulty), misuse, or unauthorized reseller purchases are not refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days using the original payment method where possible.
Shipping
SiLu Naturals covers return shipping for faulty products; otherwise customers may pay return shipping.
